My name is Eric Palomino and I come from the city of Pasco, WA. I'm the first in my family to attend college and I'm extremely grateful for all the opportunities that EWU has given me in the past 3 years. This coming year I will be finishing my major in Business Administration emphasizing in Finance with an Economic and Spanish minor. Through the tools and experience that EWU has given me, my goals are to open and operate my own business. As a first generation student and an ASEWU representative, I feel confident that I will be able to identify and address issues that our fellow students may have with the help of our students, faculty, staff, and administration.

Hi my name is Hayden Indahl and I am going to be a senior here at Eastern Washington. My major is Communications with an emphasis in Journalism and Public Relations. I am really excited for this year to learn more about student government and how to be a leader for the students. The opportunities I have been presented with I will not take for granted because they have huge responsibilities that I am ready to take under my wing. I am looking forward for what the year has to offer, if you ever want to meet up and talk about anything or just get to know me I am more than willing too. I want to be very available for my fellow students and what they need as a student body. Hope to see you around. GO EAGLES!

My name is Regina Steele. I am a Social Worker major. Diversity outreach is an important position in this university and for every student.  It is essential that all students on campus be shown the same dignity and respect without bias when participating in campus activities.  My position is going to allow me to experience the prejudice that students at EWU are facing and finding a way to eliminate it.  As the ASEWU Diversity Outreach representative I will be an advocate and voice for EWU students.

Graduate school brings a whole new level to our education; revealing to us a new level of stress, how important flexibility is, and opportunity to grow into our true identities. With the rigors of the graduate programs here at Eastern Washington University, graduate students need a representative with knowledge of these differences from the undergraduate experience. I will strive to keep our best interests in mind when decisions are made at the university level- especially regarding research, theses, dissertation and graduation dates.

It is my goal to learn as much as possible about the graduate degree and certificate programs at Eastern Washington University in order to represent them equitably. I want to attend to even the small issues that make for a better experience, but are too often lost in the shuffle. Another goal of mine is to foster opportunities towards creating a graduate community in Cheney and at Riverpoint. In the workforce we are often working in interdisciplinary teams or consulting other fields of study. The more we can interface and learn about what others can offer through their education, the more effective we can become in our careers.

I am an Occupational Therapy student attending most of my program at the Riverpoint campus and graduating in June. I am an avid soccer player and overall sports enthusiast - Go Eagles! I am a listener and helper by nature and love the feeling of accomplishing something to ease someone else's life. I truly believe that if you give someone the support they need to get an idea or project off the ground, improvement for all can occur. Lastly, I am not afraid to voice my opinion. I enjoy discussion, even contentious ones. There is a graceful way of representing students that allows for improvement on both sides of the discussion and I aim to do my best to make this happen.

During my time at EWU I've seen how budget cuts have affected our university. As an education major I know how important it is for our school to provide students with the training and experiences we need to succeed and I will fight to ensure those needs are met. I'm looking forward to working alongside the students, the city, and the state legislation to ensure our Eagles can "start something big" here at Eastern Washington University.

I was raised in the small town of Cowiche in Central Washington. Kind of like Cheney there really wasn't much to do there. I came to Eastern for the small town atmosphere of Cheney but also with the positive of Spokane being so close. I am a first generation college student. I am also the youngest of four kids but I am the first to attend college. I am double majoring in both Criminal Justice and Social Work. My goal is to get my masters degree in Social Work and when I finish school I would like to use my degrees to work with delinquent youth to get them back on the right path in life. This will be my second year being a council representative for the ASEWU. I have noticed things that need to be changed and I hope I can make these changes occur. Some of these changes include lowering the cost of meal plans for students living on campus and working with the STA on their services. My main goal though is to have students enjoy their time here at Eastern.

Our world is filled with extraordinary wonders that we have only just begun to understand. Thanks to recent scientific advances, I get to live more than twice as long as my ancestors and possibly much longer.  What an amazing thing it is to live here on earth in this day and age! How does Steven like to spend said days? Enjoying the outdoors, learning about science and new technology, writing and listening to music, enjoying the company of friends, slaying n00bs in video gam es, being creative with graphic design and video, and seeking new adventurous experiences wherever they may be found.
