John Dodge, Tabitha Brown, Shar Lichty, Jacob Powell, Camille Troxel, and Talia Torrano proudly display a copy of Eastern Magazine at dusk on the banks of the San Juan River in south-east Utah. All are current students participating in the Honors Program/Epic Adventures spring break trip in March 2010. The adventure included river rafting and service work in a national park. "After four days in the river," says Honors Program Director Dana Elder, "their Eagle spirit was stronger than ever."
