Babcock joined the Eastern Washington University faculty in the fall of 1998 as the Athletic Training Education Program (ATEP) director. He, with the help and support of the faculty and staff of the ATEP, was able to move the program to become accredited by the commission on accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs in October of 2002.Babcock currently serves as the Research, Foundations and Grants Committee representative for the Washington State Athletic Trainers Association and on the Critical Issues Committee for the Adapted Physical Activity Council of the American Alliance of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance. His research interests are in the area of injury statistics in disability sport and performance enhancements in special populations. He served as a volunteer athletic trainer for the 1996 Paralympics Games in Atlanta, Ga.

1987 BS, Biology - Washington State UniversityKawaguchi joined the staff at Eastern Washington University in the fall of 2003, as the clinical coordinator for the Athletic Training Education Program. He became the program director in January 2009. He has spoken on a number of sports medicine related topics at the national level for the NATA, the APTA and AAPHERD. His research interests are in the area of gait analysis, bone biology and women's athletics.

McNeal's research is primarily focused on performance analysis and enhancement in elite and talent-selected athletes. She currently is the lead strength and conditioning consultant for the USA Diving National Team, and is the vice-chair of research for the US Elite Coaches Association for Women's Gymnastics. Recent research interests have included vibration-assisted stretching, potentiation training, and strength and power assessment. In her spare time, she prefers to be in the outdoors, training and competing in adventure racing, or working on her collection of handstand photos taken in front of famous monuments.

Repovich joined the department in 1991, as the Exercise Science Program director. She is a fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine and is actively involved in the Northwest regional chapter.
