Kim Stansbury, PhD
Assistant ProfessorSenior Hall 332Phone: 509.359.4538Email: kstansbury.ewu.eduKim Stansbury is an assistant professor in the School of Social Work and Human Services. She came to Eastern Washington University in the summer of 2006. She was previously a part-time instructor at Eastern Kentucky University, where she taught introduction to social work.
Stansbury received her PhD in gerontology from the University of Kentucky. She also holds bachelor's degrees in criminal justice and psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi and a master's degree in social work from Southern Illinois University. In 2008, Stansbury was one of 10 inductees nationwide to the Hartford Faculty Scholars Program. Additionally, she has received the EWU Faculty Research and Creative Works Grant in 2007 and 2008.
