Biographical Sketch
Dr. Raphael Guillory is a tenured associate professor in the Department of Counseling, Educational, and Developmental Psychology at Eastern Washington University (EWU). He teaches coursework in the subject areas of educational psychology, advanced educational psychology, psychology of human relations, developmental theories and applications, and grant-writing. Dr. Guillory is a graduate of EWU earning a bachelor's degree in Sociology (94') and Washington State University earning both a master's degree in Counseling Psychology (99') and Ph.D. in Education (02'). He is well published in his research area of American Indian education and has given numerous scholarly presentations at national conferences (e.g. AERA, ASHE, NIEA) on the subject. Recently, he served as vice-president/president of the Faculty Organization and chair of the Academic Senate of EWU (2008-10).
