Roy L. Hood (Master Sgt. USAF Retired) is the cadet personnel manager for the Fighting Eagle Battalion at EWU. He is retired from the U.S. Air Force, where he served in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Korea and the Republic of China. His state-side assignments included the HQ Strategic Command in Nebraska and the 4th Strategic Reconnaissance Wing in California. Mr. Hood is a graduate of the Noncommissioned Officers Academy, Kapaun Air Base, Germany. He earned a BA from Whitworth College, Spokane, Wash., and a master's of public administration from Eastern Washington University.
