Advising for Undergraduate Success

We have several psychology bachelor degrees available:

Bachelor of Arts in Psychology 

The Bachelor of Arts in psychology prepares students to pursue a wide variety of occupations as well as graduate education. Our undergraduate program is designed to cover the core areas of contemporary psychology and provide opportunity for exposure to specialties within the discipline.

Bachelor of Science in Applied Developmental Psychology

The Bachelor of Science in Applied Developmental Psychology prepares students for entry-level work and graduate study in a variety of developmental and human service careers. The program covers basic areas of human developmental psychology across the life span with a special focus on processes and principles of developmental change. The program prepares the student for attainment of individual objectives, such as developmental interventions, graduate study and other human service professions.

Bachelor of Arts in Education

This program is available ONLY to education students.

The Bachelor of Arts in Education for Child Development/Elementary prepares teachers for preschool, kindergarten and the elementary grades. Program focus is on developmental processes and principles, applied to preschool and elementary school-aged children. This major does not meet a State of Washington endorsement.
