About CSHE
No matter which major you choose in the College of Science, Health and Engineering, talented and experienced faculty members will be there to help you learn everything; from how to recognize a communication disorder, to how to build a robot; from quantum mechanics, to how to interpret the cosmos; from how to track songbirds, to how to x-ray a tooth. The topics are nearly endless.
One of the reasons you'll learn such specifics is a low student-to-faculty ratio at EWU. That means you get personalized instruction from professors in the classroom, and greater access to your professors outside of the classroom.
And, because the faculty are actively involved in research, you may also have the opportunity as a graduate, as well as an undergraduate student, to assist them with many of their intriguing research projects. This will help you develop field and laboratory skills beyond those you'll learn in the classroom.
