BAE - Biology
Students may choose one of a number of pathways to earn endorsement in biology at Eastern Washington University. They may complete a BS in Biology first, and then a general science endorsement. Some students with a BS in Biology enter graduate teaching programs, such as the certification and masters program at EWU. Students may complete a BAE in Biology degree. The BAE program in biology prepares the pre-service teacher to earn endorsement to teach biology from 5-12 grade in the state of Washington.
Students should consult with the biology education advisor, Prof. Heather McKean, to choose a pathway based on their individual needs.
