The Charitable Gift Annuity provides fixed payments for life. Based on your age, the payments follow a rate schedule. When you fund a gift annuity the rate is set for one or two lives. However, higher rates are paid to more senior persons. In addition, there is an income tax deduction. Once again, the more senior person generally receives a larger income tax deduction.

How it Works

A charitable gift annuity is a contract between you and our organization.

1. You transfer property to us. In exchange we pay you fixed income for life.
2. The fixed income can be quite high depending on your age.
3. A portion of your income stream may even be tax-free. You will receive a charitable deduction for your gift and the satisfaction of furthering our mission.
