Community Users
Community members of the Spokane area who are 18 years old or older may obtain borrowing privileges from EWU Libraries. In most cases, community borrowers receive the same loan periods as EWU undergraduate students.
To receive a community member library card, bring current valid picture ID, such as a driver's license, AND another form of identification showing proof of current address, such as a recent phone or power statement, to the JFK main circulation desk, or to CALS, at the Riverpoint Campus.
Community members between the ages of 12 and 17 may obtain borrowing privileges from EWU Libraries with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent/guardian must accompany the 12-17 year old to the library to obtain a card.
For more information, see Community Borrower Policy.
