EWU Libraries

EWU library users enter a PIN in their own library records.  A library PIN is required in order to do the following:

• View your own circulation record and renew your own material
• Request material from the EWU library catalog
• Access library databases remotely

If you have forgotten your PIN, call the JFK Library circulation desk (509) 359-7888, or Riverpoint Campus Library (509) 358-7930.  Library staff will delete your current PIN so you may enter a new one.  Please have your eight-digit Eagle card number ready when calling.

Although library staff are able to delete your existing PIN, they are not able to see your PIN, or tell you what you PIN is.

Note: Your library PIN is not connected to your EagleNet PIN.  If desired, you may use the same PIN for both your EagleNet account and your library record, but you must enter and maintain your library PIN separately.
