Lost Library Card
Should your EagleCard, or community user card, be lost or stolen, please call the main circulation desk immediately, at (509) 359-7888.
Students/faculty/staff:
To prevent someone from using your lost EagleCard to check out library materials, a "lost card" message will be placed on your library record. This message will alert library staff to request additional picture ID prior to checking out materials. The message will remain on your library record until you request it be removed.
You will need to obtain a replacement EagleCard from the EagleCard Office as soon as possible.
Community borrowers:
A "do not accept" restriction will be placed on the library record, preventing future use of the card. A request for a new card and number may be made in person. Current/valid picture ID is required to receive a replacement card. There is no charge for a replacement guest library card.
In all cases, please inform the library if your card is located.
