Some pieces of equipment are available for advanced booking. EWU ID is required, and the Student Tech Fee must be paid.

There are limited pieces of equipment. To make the use of them as fair as possible:

• Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis, using the online self-booking form.
• Reservations for equipment not picked up by 2:00 p.m. Monday-Friday will be cancelled.
• There will be no renewals or extensions. 
• Only students may reserve equipment.

Online booking for equipment reservations can be made for the following:

Laptop computer, 1-day check-out
Laptop computer, 3-day check-out
Laptop computer, 7-day check-out
Digital projector, 3-day check-out
Digital camera, 3-daycheck-out
Handycam, 3-daycheck-out
