Washington State Scholarships

Washington State Scholarships: The Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC) administers several state scholarship programs.  For information and application details on any of the following programs, visit the WSAC website.  If you are a recipient of any of these awards, contact the EWU Financial Aid & Scholarship Office to coordinate receipt of your award.

  • Washington Award for Vocational Excellence (WAVE)

The College Success Foundation:  The College Success Foundation assists underserved, low-income students with financial support, tools and additional resources through scholarship programs.  For information or application details for any of the following programs, visit the College Success Foundation website.  If you are a recipient of any of these awards, Contact the EWU Financial Aid & Scholarship Office to coordinate receipt of your award.

Gates Millennium Scholars

The Gates Millennium Scholarship Program selects 1000 outstanding minority students, across the nation each year to receive a good-through-graduation scholarship.  Awards are granted to African American, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Asian Pacific Islander American and Hispanic American students with high academic and leadership promise who have significant financial need.  For additional information, visit the Gates Millennium Scholars Program.  If you are a Gates Millennium Scholar and need assistance, please contact the EWU Financial Aid & Scholarship Office.
