    Diana Patterson LeBlanc is Director for the Child Welfare Training and Advancement Program (CWTAP). She joined Eastern Washington University in 2006 as a CWTAP field instructor and lecturer in the School of Social Work. Her office is located at University Center on the Everett Community College campus. Prior to becoming director, she was a Field Instructor for CWTAP and a Special Lecturer in the School of Social Work.  Diana has taught several courses for EWU including Brief Interventions, Clinical Social Work Assessment, and Social Work with Groups.  She joined Eastern in January 2006.

    Prior to joining EWU, Diana worked for the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, the State of Washington Children's Administration, and in private practice conducting parenting evaluations and adoption home studies. During her time in Minnesota, Diana served on the Board of Director's for the Minnesota Coalition for Battered Women. Ms. Patterson LeBlanc is also a volunteer disaster mental health specialist with the American Red Cross. She spent time with the Red Cross in Louisiana following hurricanes Katrina and Rita and continues to work with the ARC Snohomish County Chapter on local disasters and emergencies.

    Ms. Patterson LeBlanc received her MSW from the University of Washington in 1996 and is a CWTAP graduate.  She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from City University.  Areas of professional interest include child welfare, intimate partner violence, and HIV/AIDS.

    Brenda Wallace joined CWTAP in November 2008.  She is the CWTAP Fiscal Specialist and her office is located on Eastern Washington University's main campus in Cheney, WA.  Prior to joining CWTAP, Ms. Wallace worked for four years in the Controller's Office at EWU, Cheney Campus.  She has a broad spectrum of employment experience in both the public and private sectors in various locations across the United States.

    Cathi Plummer joined the CWTAP team May 1, 2009 as a Program Coordinator for CWTAP in the Everett part-time program.  She is located at University Center in Everett Community College.  Prior to joining CWTAP, she worked for Everett Community College for over 26 years, semi-retired for almost 3 years, but found the need to stimulate her well-being and offer assistance where she could.  Ms. Plummer is thrilled to have found the position with CWTAP as she loves being in the education environment and believes CWTAP is a viable and much needed program.  Outside of work her time is best spent with family and friends, golfing, gardening and traveling.

    Debbie Charron holds a BASW from EWU and had served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Volunteer Coordinator for Stevens County since 2005. Debbie was instrumental in conducting CASA trainings as well as providing guidance for actve volunteers, including court preparation. She served on the Advisory Board for KIDS FIRST at Rural Resources and the Drug Endangered Children's Task Force. Debbie served as a Victim Advocate/Legal Assistant for the Kitsap County Prosecutor's Office and Special Assault Unit. She also served many years on the Domestic Violence Advisory Board i Kitsap County and is trained in Title 11 GAL and Title 26 GAL work.

    Patti Kirsch Daggett is Program Coordinator for the MSW part-time program and CWTAP with an office in Vancouver at Clark College.  She joined CWTAP in 2003.  Ms. Kirsch Daggett has worked in higher education since 1981.  She worked at University of Oregon, California State University - Hayward, Everett Community College and Western Washington University.  She volunteered for CASA for 1 year.  She has her BS in Anthropology and also attended graduate school and law school.
