CWTAP Application Process
The first step is to apply to the EWU Master of Social Work Program. An application must be either accepted or pending before applying to CWTAP.
- Applicants can request an application packet (see contacts) or download an application from the website.
- All applications must be submitted by the applicable deadline. Applicants selected for an interview will be notified after the application deadline.
- All applicants must successfully complete a background check as part of the application process. Applicants are potential CA employees and as such must provide documentation verifying employment eligibility within the United States.
Applicants must be willing to commit, upon acceptance to the CWTAP, to a specified period of employment with CA following graduation.
CWTAP students who do not hold permanent employment status with CA at the time of graduation must be prepared to seek and accept a permanent CA position wherever available, statewide.

The Everett part-time program is now accepting applications for CWTAP, application deadline is May 12, 2014, for the next MSW cohort beginning summer quarter 2014. The new Spokane Hybrid part-time program is now accepting applications for CWTAP, application deadline is May 12, 2014, for the first Hybrid cohort beginning summer 2014. The Hybrid program will serve students throughout Eastern Washington in a combined distance learning and classroom format.
