Practice Lab

The Barbara Shields Communication Student Practice Lab, located in the Communications Building, is a technologically enhanced audio-visual presentation and conference room.

The lab space provides students with an excellent place to produce engaging presentations suitable for educational and professional situations. Graduate students use the lab for thesis defenses. Faculty members work with students who require additional help outside of the classroom and utilize the lab for faculty committee work on various departmental projects.
