Detail Schedule

Student Schedule 

The Student Schedule shows course information on a day and time grid with time conflicts or courses without designated times at the bottom of the schedule.

Term: the term during which this course section is being offered.
Session dates: the dates the course is scheduled.
Section ID: the unique alphanumeric identifier for a course section. A course section consists of three elements:  The subject area, the course number, and the section number.
Time conflicts: courses that do not have a designated time or that conflict with another schedule course will display here.

Detail Schedule

    The Detail Schedule shows detailed course information including the enrollment status, course title, credits, grade type, and building location.

    Section ID: the unique alphanumeric identifier for a course section. A course section consists of three elements:  The subject area, the course number, and the section number.
    Course Title: the name used to identify the course section.
    Credits: number of credit hours the student has been enrolled.
    Grade Type: indicates the grading scheme.
    Days: the days the course is scheduled.
    Time: the time the course is schedule.
    Start Date: the dates the course is scheduled.
    End Date: the dates the course is scheduled.
    Building: the building the course is scheduled. 
    Room: the room the course is scheduled.
    Message: the enrollment status of the course.

     

 

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I print my detail schedule so it fits one 1 page?
Use printer properties to set the paper orientation to Landscape and change the page setup to include 0" left and right margins.

Using Netscape Navigator:
-Go to File, then Page Setup and type 0 in the left and right margins and click OK.
-Go to File, Print and click on Properties to set the orientation to Landscape and click OK.

Using Internet Explorer:
-Go to File, Print and click on Properties to set the orientation to Landscape and click OK.
