College: The college responsible for administering the academic program of this matriculation.
Degree: The degree sought in this matriculation.
Major1: The student's declared major or grad group, either at the time of admission or during the most recent term in which the student was active in this academic program.
Course ID: the unique alphanumeric identifier for a course section. A course section consists of three elements:  The subject area, the course number, and the section number.
Course Title: the name used to identify the course section.
Earned Hours: The total number of credit hours awarded to the student for successful completion of academic course work or its equivalent transfer coursework.  Eastern's credits are based on a quarterly grading system.
Quality Hours: Quality Hours are the total number of hours used in calculating the quality points.  The total is derived by adding the total number of numerically graded credits, giving you the total quality hours (QHRS).
Quality Points: Quality Points are the total points awarded to the student in the term.  The total is derived by multiplying the numerical grades by the number of credits assigned.  This will give you the quality points (QPTS).  Do this for each course to obtain the total quality points for the quarter.
Grade: The student's grade point average (GPA) for the term.  The value is derived by dividing the quality points for the term by the quality hours for the term.  Eastern's cumulative grade point average may be derived by combing totals for each term and divided as shown below:

3.0 x 4 credits = 12 quality points
12 QP divided by 4 QH = cumulative GPA
(Pass/no credit grades are not computed in the grade point average)
