JOSEPH MILLAR Joseph Millar holds an MA in poetry from Johns Hopkins University and is the author of Overtime, from Eastern Washington University Press. He is the winner of a 2000 Literary Arts Fellowship, the 1995 Montalvo Biennial Poetry Competition, and his poems have appeared in Alaska Quarterly Review, Poetry Daily, Manoa, Jacaranda, New Letters, Ploughshares, and Doubletake.
