PHED 150:  Fast Fitness / PHED 152:  Strength Conditioning

Fast Fitness and Strength Conditioning are comprehensive physical fitness courses designed to develop strength, flexibility, and endurance (cardiovascular and muscular) in an efficient manner through he use of the EWU Fitness Center.

All assignments and course information is available on Canvas. Students are automatically enrolled in the course canvas page once they register for the course.



  • Article Assignment - Due NOVEMBER 20 (Can be turned in as 'late' until November 27 for no extra visit [but no visit deduction either!]).
  • Introduction Quiz - Due NOVEMBER 27 
  • Post Evaluation - Due NOVEMBER 27 
  • Last Day To Workout For Grade Requirements - December 8
  • The Fitness Center will be closed November 11 and November 26-29
