BODYATTACK

Is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strenght and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.  Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!

BODYCOMBAT

A non-combat, martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu, kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi.  Each 55-minute BODYCOMBAT class is choreographed to 10 tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating exercise exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results. (1-credit option is available; PHED 125-BODYCOMBAT)

BODY JAM

A 55-minute workout set to the latest music and greatest dance moves.  It's cardio fun at its best for those with a passion for movement.  You will burn calories, increase your fitness levels - and learn to dance better.  (1 credit option is available; PHED 125-BodyJam)

BODYPUMP

The fastest way to shape up and lose body fat.  It's a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout.  The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMP a great starting point to develop strength and confidence.  Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each one-hour workout.  You'll use a step platform, a bar and a set of weights. (1-credit option available; PHED 125-BodyPump)

CARDIO & STEP

A combination of the traditional aerobics that started it all.  Participate in step and floor workouts to get a fantastic cardio workout. (1-credit option is available; PHED 125-Cardio & Step)

CXWORX

Based on cutting-edge scientific research, this program is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core.  With dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques and "slings" connecting the upper and lower body, this workout will leave you looking and feeling strong.  (1-credit option is also available; PHED 125-31)

INDOOR CYCLING

Allows participants to get awesome cardio workouts with this high-energy, heart-pounding, exhilarating class. Individuals choose their intenstiy level - so beginners to advanced participants are encouraged to attend.  This class is limited to the first 20 participants.  Please come a few minutes early to class if you've never trained on an indoor cycle, for proper bike fitting. (1-credit option is available; PHED 125-Indoor Cycling

TRX GROUP SUSPENSION TRAINING

A revolutionary method of training using leveraged bodyweight exercise.  This class uses the TRX Suspension Trainer to safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. - Please note this class is limited to the first 20 participants - (1-credit option is available; PHED 125-TRX Group Suspension Training)

YOGA/PILATES MIX

Uses various yoga and Pilates exervises to help build core strength & stability, enhance flexibility, and heighten mind-body awareness; modifications for beginner and intermediate participants. (1-credit option is also available; PHED 125-Yoga/Pilates)

ZUMBA

Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.  Our goal is simple:  We want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked.  ZUMBA fanatics achieve long-term benefits, while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements, meant to engage and captivate for life! (1-credit option is available; PHED 125-Zumba).
