He will begin in this position December 16, 2018. Loke joined Eastern Washington University in 2009 after finishing his PhD in Social Work from the George Warren Brown School of Social Work, Washington University in St. Louis. Loke is a highly accomplished scholar and very participatory in committees, such as the College Personnel Committee. He has been innovative with curriculum and engaging with the community.
