The Urban and Regional Planning Programs are part of the Department of Planning and Public Administration, in the College of Business and Public Information at Eastern Washington University. The Department Chair is Dr. Dick Winchell. The Department offers a Masters in Public Administration (MPA), Masters of Urban and Regional Planning (MURP), a Dual Degree MPA/MURP, The Executive Tribal Planning Certificate, and a graduate Certificate in Regional Economic and Policy Analysis.

The Undergraduate Students Program Faculty Advisor is Dr. Dick Winchell.  All students are required to meet with their faculty advisor prior to registration for classes each quarter.
