    Dr. Bobbie Snover teaches mainly the core sciences within the Department of Occupational Therapy. She will be teaching the courses on anatomy and physiology, neuroscience, biomechanics, assessment, and research during the first year of the Program in preparation for the theory and practicum classes. She has been a practicing occupational therapist for the past 20 years with experience in rehabilitation, hand therapy, pediatrics, school systems, autism, and sensory integration. Additionally, Dr. Snover served in the United States Air Force as an aerospace physiologist for 20 years with experience in instructional systems, human factors research and equipment design, and hyperbarics. She received her BS in Occupational Therapy in 1996 from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and a MS degree in Physiology and Biophysics from Colorado State University. Dr. Snover completed her doctorate of occupational therapy at Nova Southeastern University in May 2010.   Her research focus centers on evidence-based practice for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families.
