Dental Hygiene Faculty Elected Vice President of Sigma Phi Alpha

Ms. Cheri Barton, MSDH, BSDH, RDH was elected Vice President of the National Dental Hygiene Honor Society, Sigma Phi Alpha. Barton is an alumnus of the EWU Master of Science in Dental Hygiene program who just completed her first year as a special faculty/lecture in the Department of Dental Hygiene. Ms. Barton will be Senior Clinical lead in 2019-2020 and is hoping to expand her thesis research on probiotics and oral health. Congratulations Cheri!
