Spotlight","copy":"<p>Colin Kalivas &#8217;25 turned a hands-on internship into a career after earning his B.S. in business marketing from Eastern.<\/p>\n<p>During his time in the program, he landed an internship with EasyStreet Systems, where he conducted market research, generated sales leads, helped redesign marketing materials, managed social media, and overhauled the company\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<p>That real-world experience paid off. When Kalivas graduated, EasyStreet offered him a full-time job as an account manager.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cApplied learning is huge,\u201d Kalivas says. \u201cWhen you\u2019re looking for a job, the biggest
