  3. Upload a short essay (500 word maximum) in response to the following prompt: Tell us how you are prepared to work with children and youth from diverse backgrounds and cultures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Select applicants will be invited to interview. All interviews will be conducted via video conferencing. The equipment needed for the interview consists of a web-camera (can be internal to your laptop or external), a headset with a microphone and a wired internet connection (wireless tends to be slower and could impact either the video or audio component of the transmission).<\/p>\n","apply_steps_link":""},{"apply_steps_step_title":"Application Decisions","apply_steps_copy":"

    Admission decisions are made following your application interview. We will let you know your status by April 15.
    \nOnce an applicant has been notified of acceptance into the EDS Program, a non-refundable\/non-deferrable deposit of $500 will be required to reserve a place in the program.
