Submit an Online Graduate Application

We have migrated application platforms. If you still need to access an existing application in the CAS systems, please email gradprograms@ewu.edu for the appropriate URL.

Complete the application and submit the nonrefundable $75 application fee.* You’ll need to submit an application fee for each graduate program or certificate for which you apply.

Submit One Official Transcript

For EWU Graduate School Applications:

Most EWU graduate programs only require one transcript. A degree-bearing transcript (with a bachelor’s or master’s degree) and at least two year’s worth of credits on it is required. If not, please submit transcripts with your last 2 years’ worth of credits.

  1. Go to the transcript website for the prior university where you earned your highest degree (bachelor’s or master’s).
  2. Order an electronic, official transcript (If the prior college only has mail as an option, expect them to take 4-6 weeks for them to arrive.)
  3. Have it sent to Eastern Washington University

Music and EDS in School Psychology applicants must provide an official transcript from all prior colleges attended. For questions, please review the program application instructions on the program website. 

For Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Communication Sciences & Disorders Applicants: all official transcripts should be submitted directly to PTCAS, OTCAS, or CSDCAS.

Submit a Transcript Evaluation

Submit an official course-by-course evaluation of transcripts through World Education Services or another credential evaluation service recognized by the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services.

  • A list of agencies can be found at naces.org. The credential evaluation service must provide a chronological list of coursework. Graduates of accredited U.S. universities are not required to submit a credential evaluation.

Submit an Official English Proficiency Test Score

Test scores from TOEFL, IELT or PTE Academic sent directly to EWU Graduate Programs.
