Librarians are here to Help!  Now via Text!

We are introducing a new texting feature as an additional way to find help and resources for your class assignments!

Here are all the ways that you can get help from librarians:

  • Chat or send us a text message (509-383-8677) via Ask a Librarian.  The chat service is staffed 24/7 (EWU librarians during normal business hours & librarians from other libraries the other times).  We can use screen sharing (via Zoom) to troubleshoot problems or demonstrate how to find resources.
  • Email us at the JFK Library or Spokane Academic Library.
  • Schedule an appointment with a librarian to get personalized research help.
  • Use our research guides  to find great resources (articles, books, tutorials, etc.) in many different subject areas.  The guides are accessible from anywhere & anytime (24/7).

We’re facing tough times right now.  But please remember that librarians are here to help you find what you need and to make things a little easier for you.
