Fast Fitness and Strength Conditioning are comprehensive physical fitness courses designed to develop strength, flexibility, and endurance (cardiovascular and muscular) in an efficient manner through he use of the EWU Fitness Center.

All assignments and course information is available on Canvas. Students are automatically enrolled in the course canvas page once they register for the course.
