Confirm Your Enrollment

What You’ll Need

  • Your Username (found at the top of your acceptance letter and in a series of emails you received).
  • A credit or debit card to pay your new student enrollment fee.

Where to Start

  1. Visit your admissions status page.
  2. Select view update to view your decision letter.
  3. Select the “Next Step: Complete Your Enrollment” button.
  4. Complete the “Confirm Your Enrollment” form.
  5. Pay the enrollment fee in the Payment Due section on your admissions status page.

Can’t Access Online?

If you’ve received your admissions decision via printed letter but can’t access your decision online to pay your confirmation fee, pay online via CashNET.

Once we receive your enrollment fee, we’ll send you an email for orientation.

Complete your online form and submit your enrollment fee by June 1.

Submit Your Immunization Records

What You’ll Need

  • Your EWU email.
  • Vaccination documentation that you can upload to a website.

Where to Start

  1. Visit ewu.edu/medproctor.
  2. Click “New Users – Register”.

What You Should Know

  • All students are required to meet vaccination requirements.
  • You can find information about requirements, exceptions, and policies at ewu.edu/immunizations.

Required International Student Orientation

All incoming international students who arrived after Spring quarter must attend the Fall Quarter orientation. It is a 2-hour meeting that takes place on the Monday before classes from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. It is held on the Cheney EWU campus. All students with J and F visas are required to attend the orientation session for federal compliance.
