Giving Joy Day 2023

Let’s help more Eagles to soar!

This Giving Joy Day, we’re creating upward mobility for students facing a barrier. Our goal is to raise $400,000.

The Eagle On initiative provides direct financial support for these hard-working students and empowers them to complete their degrees. By making a gift, you can be the boost that gets students over obstacles and on to a life of success and impact.

In any way that you choose to give joy on April 3, please use #givingjoyday to share the spirit of the day on social media.

Prairie Restoration

EWU’s Prairie Restoration Project will restore a 120-acre parcel of university-owned land to its native habitat, thus creating a “living laboratory” of restored Palouse prairie proximate to the Cheney campus. Together with the Spokane and other local tribes — Native peoples who for millennia called these bounteous hills home — we will connect with the land and learn from it.
