Welcome!
The Office of Community Engagement (OCE) at Eastern Washington University serves as the central hub for community-focused applied learning.
We connect students, faculty, and community partners through meaningful, real-world experiences that enrich student learning, address critical needs, and foster a culture of civic responsibility and engagement.
The OCE advances community-engaged learning by:
- Providing students with hands-on service opportunities both in and out of the classroom.
- Supporting faculty in service-learning, community-based research, and community-engaged scholarship and creative activities.
- Building mutually beneficial partnerships that strengthen local, regional, and global communities.
Join us in making a positive impact across the Inland Northwest and beyond.
