Has your EWU instructor asked you to schedule a proctoring session? Complete the form below.

Once confirmed and approved by your instructor, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.
If you will be bringing a minor or family member that needs your supervision during your appointment, request a private session at the time of scheduling. Failure to do so will necessitate rescheduling.
Arrive on time, with your EWU photo ID, or a valid government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide ID, or late arrival (more than 15 minutes late) will require rescheduling.
Follow all instructions once in the testing environment.

After two reschedulings, totaling three failed attempts to take the exam, the request will be forfeit. Your session will be canceled and your instructor will be notified.
