President’s Leadership Development Program

Your Skills, Eastern’s Future

Helping students become leaders of the future has always been at the core of Eastern’s instructional mission. But what about creating a new generation of leaders for EWU itself?

By maximizing the potential of those already serving the university, the new President’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) aims to identify and train current Eagle employees for next-generation responsibilities. Do you believe you have a role to play in enhancing Eastern’s future? If so, the LDP might be right for you.
