Our College Park office is 5400 sq ft, 8 years old; located in a mixed used retail/professional office campus atop a Wholes Foods 3 blocks South of UMD College Park. This Sister office has catalyzed our original White Oak office just 18 minutes North West. White Oak is 4600 sq ft., 18 Years old, and located in a well established medical office building with other physicians and medical services who have no interest in our business. Both are large, bright offices built to compete with hospital based rehab facilities. We serve a mixed patient population in which ~ 30% engage with us without a physician’s referral. Others arrive from primary care physicians, specialist physicians via word of mouth. Our Professional Team Members feature 7 various clinical specialties and we are DME (Durable Medical Equipment) credentialed suppliers; thus the candidate must be willing to learn observing the need for and issuing bracing and assistive devices. Our approximate clinical case mix percentages are: adolescents (10%), sport injuries (15%), general adult and senior orthopedics (55%), CVA’s, or other severe functionally impaired (8%); the remaining 20% are our hand and upper extremity cases reserved for our CHTs. Our patient beneficiary mix is: Medicare (22%), commercial/military/veterans (45%), Medicaid (18%), work related (8%), auto accidents or other liability (7%). We’re 100% independent and expanding again this year hear within the DC Metro & into Colorado.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage a comfortable schedule with the assistance of competent support staff and a user friendly EMR. All bodywork tables are hi lo’s with optional curtains in wide open space. Both offices feature near identical setup and organization. There are several ways to earn in addition to a base income. The candidate must be a genuine care-giver whose manual skills are exceptional and other interventional techniques are engaging. Our current group comprised of 13 diversely credentialed therapists. The owner of this group practice has served two consecutive terms as the Payment & Policy Chair for APTA’s Maryland Chapter and 6 of our past employed therapists have moved on to begin their own practices during our 14 year history. New therapists to our group enjoy a $2K/year Cont. Ed benefit and multiple ways to earn.

Events

Eastern Washington University departments of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy is sponsoring a Multidisciplinary Health Career Fair on Friday, April 10, 2026, from 2:00 pm-5:00 pm. The Career Fair will be held in the SCRS Court Building on the WSU Spokane campus. I will send out more information in February via email.

Occupational Therapy will be between 2:00pm to 3:00pm. Physical Therapy will be between 3:00pm to 5:00pm.

Students are very eager to meet prospective Physical/Occupational Therapy employers and we encourage you to attend to meet them.

The registration fee is $200.00 if payment is received by March 27, 2026, or $250.00 if received by April 3, 2026. Please fill out the form provided and return to me. Payments can be made by check or credit card . Along with the Health Career Fair, Doctor of Physical Therapy students  are offering resume books for $75.00 to those attending or unable to attend. These will be sent via email approximately 4 weeks after the event.
