Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team. What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct patient care in extended one-on-one sessions that foster strong therapeutic relationships
Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants, contributing to their professional development
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Participate in ongoing education and contribute to our culture of continuous learning
Engage in community outreach and education initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Licensure: Current Washington State Physical Therapist license OR license applicant status
Clinical Excellence: Commitment to evidence-based practice and exceptional patient care
Leadership: Ability to mentor and guide support staff in a collaborative environment
Team Player: Commitment to working collaboratively in an inclusive, supportive environment
