About UsWe are a fast-growing, cash-based (out-of-network), one-on-one orthopedic physical therapy clinic. We do not take insurance, allowing us to deliver highly personalized care without productivity pressure, insurance restrictions, or protocol-driven treatment to help our patients perform at their peak.We value clinicians who bring a movement and exercise background or a skillset in manual therapy and enjoy integrating those strengths into a comprehensive treatment approach to help our patients enhance their performance. Whether you’re a new grad or have some experience, all our clinicians receive advanced mentorship to develop their strengths further and help you integrate them better so you can produce efficient high quality change with every patient.

We support autonomy in how you practice — but we expect intention. We work closely with our team to build strong foundations in assessment, progression, and clinical decision-making while allowing room for growth and individual strengths.
We treat everything from straightforward orthopedic issues to complex, persistent pain presentations. Rather than promoting a single “right way” to treat, we emphasize strong clinical reasoning and addressing the true underlying drivers of each patient’s condition.

Our model integrates manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, movement-based rehabilitation, and progressive strength and conditioning. Manual therapy is used intentionally to improve mobility and muscle function so that retraining and performance-based work are more effective and long-lasting. Every intervention has a clear purpose and moves the patient forward.

Continuing education is central to our innovation. We actively invest in advanced training, integrate new research into practice, and continually refine our systems to elevate patient outcomes. Learning here isn’t occasional — it’s built into how we operate.
