About
My undergraduate degree is in Biology and Geography from the University of Wisconsin, and my Master’s degree is in environmental biology and Geographic Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania. I hold a doctorate in geography from the University of Tennessee, with specialties in wildfire activity mapping, biogeography, and tree-ring science. Additionally, I regularly contract with individuals and organizations interested in historical dating of properties, structures, and cultural items through the use of tree rings.
