About

Danielle Sitzman is a Professor of Psychology at Eastern Washington University. She studies memory, metamemory (our understanding of our own memory processes), and cognitive aging. Much of her research has focused on exploring the factors that influence our ability to improve memory. Her current work examines how people correct inaccurate knowledge, such as health misconceptions, and how these processes change with age.
