In Memoriam: William E. Barr

The Eastern Washington University community was saddened to learn that William E. Barr, an emeritus faculty member, passed away on May 18.  Professor Barr came to Eastern in 1970 and retired in 1996 after 26 years of service in the library.  During his time at Eastern, Barr also taught in the History Department.
