Dedicated supporters of Eastern Washington University came together last Friday to spread joy through kindness, community, philanthropy and service.

Two hundred Chromebooks were distributed to students at the beginning of spring quarter. Since then, the thank you notes have been streaming in.

Nearly 20 years after graduating from EWU and traveling the world as an international educator, Ciara Johnson ’02 is ready to begin giving back to the university that means so much to her.

Eastern Washington University celebrated Giving Joy Day on Friday, asking the community to give to critical student needs and to share joy in other ways. The campus community did not disappoint!

Once fully funded, these scholarships will benefit deserving EWU students year after year.
