Application Deadlines

Students who apply by the following dates receive priority consideration for EWU financial aid for the following academic year:

  • Feb. 15: Date for application for admission or re-admission to EWU (new/transfer/former students only, including undocumented students for State Need Grant)
  • Feb. 15: EWU Scholarship Application Deadline (all students)
  • Feb. 15: Date FAFSA must be received by the Federal Processor for priority aid consideration (all students)
  • Feb. 15: Date the WASFA must be submitted to the Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC) by undocumented students for priority consideration for State Need Grant funding.

FAFSA's received after February 15th will still be considered, but awards are made on a funds-available basis and late applicants may not receive all the aid for which they might otherwise qualify. No EWU Scholarship applications will be accepted after February 15th, but departmental scholarship applications may have later deadline dates. Please see the information under "Scholarships" in the left sidebar for more details.
