Minor in Data Science

About

The Data Science minor is an interdisciplinary degree program that combines courses from the Department of Mathematics and the Department of Computer Science & Electrical Engineering.

In this program, you’ll take classes in math, statistics, and computer science. You’ll learn to analyze and mine data, working with information that is characterized by high volume, velocity, and variety.

You’ll also build models and computational skills to reduce and manage large data sets stored in the cloud.
