Fitness for credits classes are available to all EWU students—no matter your major! Taking a fitness class will not only help you stay healthy, but it can positively affect your academic performance. We offer a wide variety of fitness courses for credit, including Fast Fitness, a course in which you follow your own workout schedule. Other courses include group fitness activities, scuba diving, rock climbing, tennis and more.
To sign up for a fitness course, follow the standard course registration procedure and look for courses starting with the code “PEHR.”
