Health Science Major, Bachelor of Science (BS)

The BSHS program consists of 4 semesters of 40 semester credits of upper-division coursework. Completion of additional practicums or internships and/or minors may be included in each individual Eagle Flight Plan depending on previously earned credits in order to meet the 180 quarter credits required for graduation.

All courses are taught via Canvas, an online Learning Management System that allows students to submit assignments, contact the course instructor, collaborate with fellow students, participate in discussions, and even video conference from virtually anywhere.

Program Learning Outcomes

Students who successfully earn a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from EWU should be able to do the following:​
