Welcome!
We’re excited to host your group at EWU! Group visits offered are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (no weekends). Please fill out our in-person request form at least 4 weeks prior to your requested date. Due to a high volume of requests please expect to receive a response within 5-7 business days. Our visit coordinator will reach out to you via email.
Important: Please read before submitting your request.
- Overnight Visits: We do not offer any overnight visit options during the academic school year. For 2024 summer camps please contact the EWU Event Planning office.
- EWU Pre-College Programs: If you’re an EWU Running Start or EWU College in the High School group, please submit a request with our EWU Dual Enrollment team.
